Ok, actually it's just simple trick, very simple.
1. Go to Layout-->Edit HTML.
2. Make sure your Expand Widget Templates is checked, then search for code like this.

add div with id related_posts
<div id='related_posts'/>
3. Then copy this code to your template, in body tag (between &ltbody> and </body>
<script src='http://www.google.com/jsapi'/>
<script src='http://brps.appspot.com/brps.js' type='text/javascript'/>
4. Save your template, and watch your blog!!
